The Basteiaussicht is probably one of the most famous viewpoints in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.
The panoramic view extends from the vacation resort of Wehlen in the Elbe Valley, over the Rauenstein, Königstein, Lilienstein and far into the rear of Saxon Switzerland. The absolute highlight, however, is the direct panoramic view of the Rathen cliffs.
