The 496 metre-high Wachberg is located in the Hintere Sächsische Schweiz, near Saupsdorf, and is already part of the Lusatian granite. On a clear day, the view extends as far as the Zittau Mountains and the Tannenberg in Bohemia. There is a family-friendly mountain hut on the summit. Via the Dr.Alfred-Meiche-Weg or from the Weifberg.
