Directions
The route starts at the Erbgericht stop in Hinterhermsdorf and initially follows the blue mark towards Wachberg up to the Weifberg. Below the Weifberg, turn right and follow the yellow dot "Panoramaweg" briefly to Kaiserbergblick before continuing up the Weifberg to the Weifbergturm.
From the Weifberg, first follow the red mark to the "border crossing for tourists" before returning to the blue mark, the "Dr.-Alfred-Meiche-Weg", which you then follow first to Wachberg and then from Wachberg to Sebnitz to the market and finally to the station.
Along the way, you also pass Saupsdorfblick and Buchberg at the entrance to Sebnitz. From the mountain slope, you have an interesting view over Sebnitz.

Author´s Tip / Recommendation of the author
Sturdy footwear and provisions are generally recommended, as some paths are unpaved and the opportunities to stop for food and drink are not always open.
Otherwise, a stop at Wachberg above Saupsdorf as well as at the Waldhaus just before Sebnitz is recommended.
A pair of binoculars is always practical on such routes to better enjoy and experience the views.
