Mindful combination of yoga and hiking around Hohnstein, consciously connecting body, mind and nature experience.
The practice includes elements from hatha yoga, supplemented by breathing exercises and mindful walking. The aim is to become more aware of nature and at the same time to center yourself physically and mentally.
Fixed dates as well as individually bookable tours are offered. The offers are aimed at both beginners and advanced hikers and are particularly suitable for people who want to combine exercise and relaxation.
The tours take place in small groups and are based on the ability of the participants. The starting point is usually Hohnstein or the surrounding area.
