Pirna City Museum in the former Dominican monastery - lively city and regional history with changing exhibitions and educational offers.

The permanent exhibition shows the development of the city from early settlement through the Middle Ages to the present day.

Special exhibitions are regularly dedicated to cultural-historical topics and regional art. Readings, concerts and family events also take place in the chapter house.

A museum education program for school classes and a media library round off the program. The visit is also suitable for families and groups.

About 1 hour should be planned for the tour.
