Even as a teenager, Janet Hoffmann was interested in wild herbs and was simply fascinated by their potential uses and gentle help. She deepened this knowledge during her training as a phytotherapist in the romantic Harz Mountains and has been introducing interested people to the powers of everything from so-called "weeds" to trees in her herb tours ever since.
