Schmole coffee roastery

The Schmole roastery on Lange Straße has been refining coffee specialties since 1880. The historic store with its sandstone portal and ornate lettering is one of the oldest of its kind in Saxony.

Hand-roasted beans from all over the world await guests inside. Over a dozen varieties are developed according to in-house recipes and freshly roasted directly in the store.

In addition to coffee, the store offers selected chocolates, pralines and wines. The variety of the range can be enjoyed directly in the adjoining café - with an individually selected preparation method on request.

Those who want to learn more about the craft can take part in show roasts or tastings. These provide interesting facts about coffee, wine and chocolate.
