Cuckoo Stone Castle

Romantic castle on a rock above Liebstadt - with historic interior, local history museum and café open in summer.
Kuckuckstein Castle is enthroned on a steep rocky outcrop above the Seidewitz Valley and is one of the most striking castles in the region. The complex combines medieval architecture with neo-Gothic style elements and houses a local history museum with historic rooms, including the Knights' Hall, Chapel Room and Freemasons' Room.

Guided tours and events are available to visit the castle and exhibition on selected Sundays.

The small café in the castle is particularly popular and is open on these days with homemade specialties. The entire ensemble impressively conveys the cultural and historical significance of the place.
