At Schmilka, heated wooden tubs are set up in the courtyard of the mill complex. Bathing in the steaming water evokes old bathing traditions and is especially popular in cool weather.
The tubs are available to guests of the “Bio- und Nationalpark-Refugium.” On select days—usually on weekends or for special occasions—they are also open to outside visitors by appointment.
On theme days, you can bathe in beer, among other things. A small bathhouse with changing facilities is available on site.
The Mühlenhof is located in the center of Schmilka and is easily accessible on foot. It can be used regardless of the weather.
