Das Bergli
Our "Bergli" is idyllically and quietly located above the village on a hillside. We enjoy the peace and quiet every time we are out there.
The same applies to the few neighbors to the right and left. We therefore ask all guests to join this flair. House parties and disturbance of the peace lead to a house ban and early departure.
Due to the hillside location and stone terraces with stairs (risk of falling), the house is not suitable for small children and people with restricted mobility.
Anyone who gets involved with this flair is guaranteed to be rewarded with relaxation and enjoyment: After the hike, watch the setting sun with a bottle of wine and a good book and forget the hustle and bustle of the day.
In addition, let the view of the river and the mountains wander around and still feel the liveliness of the village in the valley.

More information
The tourist tax is added separately. For EUR 3 per day/person, you will receive a guest card that allows you to use almost all local transport in the area free of charge.
Pets are welcome, we charge 25 EUR for the more intensive final cleaning.
Coming from Dresden / Autobahn A17, continue on the B172 to Shcmilka, the last town before the Czech border. There is only one crossroads in the middle of town, where Café Richter is halfway down the street. Turn left here.
The path to the Bergli leads first through the pedestrian zone of the village and then uphill along a paved forest path. All non-lowered vehicles can handle this without any problems. However, due to the hikers on the way, we ask that you reduce the trips to a minimum: Please bring your groceries etc. with you when you arrive.
If you want to travel even more relaxed, you can take the long-distance train to Dresden or Bad Schandau and then continue by S-Bahn No. 1 or bus No. 252 to Schmilka. In the village it goes up a few steps and it feels like paradise!
Good ride!
