Since 1880, the shop has offered house-roasted coffee and regional specialties. At Caé across the street, customers can sample all 16 varieties of coffee.
Great care is taken to ensure that the selection is curated thoughtfully, rather than chosen at random. Each wine is first tasted and evaluated by the in-house sommelier, Jan Hörnig, along with at least one member of management or two staff members.
