Enjoy freshly tapped organic beer and watch the master brewer at work.
The brewery is proud to be the first organic brewery in the beautiful surroundings of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. With great dedication and respect for the traditional art of brewing, the master brewer produces unique, unfiltered, and unpasteurized craft beers.

This brewing process ensures that the beer retains the yeast’s valuable components as well as important trace elements and vitamins.

The commitment to ecology and sustainability is evident not only in the beer but also in the brewery’s philosophy. All ingredients for their beers come from certified organic farming and comply with the German Purity Law. This commitment to quality is particularly evident in the Schmilk’sche Mühlenbiere, which, thanks to their long maturation in tanks, develop into exceptionally full-bodied and flavorful beers.

Visitors can experience the brewing process up close and take a Guided Tour to learn about the art of organic brewing.
