The tour starts at Zuschendorf Castle. To the left of the bus stop "Zuschendorfer Landschloß", the path "Am Landschloß" leads uphill through the castle grounds. Then you first walk along a short forest path. The trail continues to the Lindigthäusern houses and along field paths until you reach Schulzengrund. The trail then continues along a winding path with many bends, which offers a view of Zuschendorf and is particularly beautiful in the sunshine, to Kohlberg. From here, the route continues on tarmac and field paths to Zehista. Here you can stop for refreshments at the "Zur Post" hotel. Finally, you return to Zuschendorf Castle. A visit to Zuschendorf Castle is highly recommended before or after the approx. 2.5-hour hike.
This hike is a blue route (easy tour).
The hiking trails are not cleared of ice and snow. Please refrain from the winter hike in icy conditions.
