Summit "Großes Pohlshorn"

Short facts

A 379-metre-high vantage point in the Saxon Switzerland National Park with views of the Großer Zschand and the Kirnitzschtal valley.

The striking sandstone rock rises 379 meters above sea level. It is located in the protected area of the Saxon Switzerland National Park.

Access is via natural paths that lead through mixed forest and rocky terrain. The ascent is stony in places and requires surefootedness.

From the summit, the view opens up over the Kirnitzschtal valley, the ridges of the Großer Zschand and neighboring rock formations. The location is part of a branching network of paths.
