Lauterbach Stolpen Goat Farm

The Lauterbach Goat Farm processes all of its goat milk in its on-site dairy into a diverse selection of goat cheese specialties. The assortment includes fresh cheese, soft cheese, and hard cheese at various stages of ripening, both plain and flavored with herbs. In addition, a small but fine selection of organic products is offered in the farm store, including vegetables from Saxony and dry goods from wholesalers.

Sustainability tip: Goat milk, whey, and quark can be poured into containers you bring with you.

Visit the goats in the barn or out in the pasture during farm store hours. It’s a particularly wonderful experience during lambing season (February/March).
