In cooperation with ADAC Sachsen e.V., there are several bicycle repair stations along the Elbe cycle path. In the event of a breakdown, help is quickly provided here.
The ADAC Königstein bike station is located on Reißiger Platz, in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe cycle path, train station, bus stop and tourist information office. It serves as a practical self-help station for cyclists. It is equipped with various screwdrivers, Allen keys, an air pump for bicycles, baby carriages and wheelchairs as well as a device for hanging up the bicycle.
The station also has contact details for ADAC breakdown assistance. If a self-repair is not enough, ADAC members have access to a mobile breakdown service around the clock. This helps with punctures, brake or gear problems as well as defective chains directly on site.
If the repair cannot be carried out immediately, the bike will be transported to the nearest workshop. The service also applies to e-bikes, pedelecs and bike trailers.
Use of the station is free of charge.
