The spacious, well-equipped holiday home Bellavista is suitable for up to 6 people and is located about 40 meters above the spa town of Rathen, right in the heart of Saxon Switzerland.
The house offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the Rathen rock landscape, tranquility, and a feel-good atmosphere due to its elevated location on sandstone cliffs.
The location is ideal as a starting point for various hikes in the Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland National Parks, as well as for day trips to Dresden, Meissen, or even Prague.
Pets are only allowed upon REQUEST.

A deposit of 25% is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
If the time between booking and arrival is less than one month, the total amount must be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
Key handover only takes place after full payment has been received.
Cancellation Terms
Free of charge up to 4 months before arrival
From 4 months before arrival to 6 weeks before arrival, 40% of the overnight price will be charged
From 6 weeks before arrival, 90% of the overnight price will be charged
Cancellations must be made by letter or email
Arrival by car:
A 4 / A 13 / A 14 to the Dresden-West triangle
A 17 to the Pirna junction
B 172a towards Pirna, across the Elbe to the Graupa exit
Initially follow the signs for Bastei, at the junction to Bastei continue towards Bad Schandau
In Waltersdorf turn right to Kurort Rathen
Overnight guests are allowed to enter the village despite the entry ban.
There is no bridge in Rathen across the Elbe. The ferry across the Elbe is exclusively a passenger ferry.
Arrival by public transport:
Long-distance trains to Dresden Central Station
change to S-Bahn line S 1 towards Bad Schandau to Kurort Rathen
departures at full and half an hour, travel time approx. 35 minutes
cross with the haulage ferry (ferry times from 4:30 AM to 11:50 PM)
footpath to the house about 400m
The use of the ferry is free for spa guests.
