Half a day of nature, mindfulness & inspiration - hike from Reinhardtsdorf along the stage of the Malerweg and Caspar-David-Friedrich-Weg

Take a conscious break from your hectic everyday life and immerse yourself in a yoga hike through the breathtaking landscape of Saxon Switzerland, where you will not only experience beautiful views and tranquil nature, but also an outdoor yoga session, guided meditation and moments of mindfulness.Treat yourself to this day for yourself - with exercise, experiencing nature and small moments of stillness.

If the ground is slightly damp or the weather is unsafe, the yoga session can be moved indoors in cooperation with the municipality of Reinhardtsdorf-Schöna. In this case, the hike will take place as normal. The decision on the indoor option is usually made three days before the date.
