- Please note that the Steiger Hotel Zeitgeist in Rathen (formerly Elbschlösschen) cannot be directly reached by car, as it is located on the left bank of the Elbe in a traffic-calmed area.
Arrival & Parking:
Access by car is via the right bank of the Elbe to Rathen to the public parking lot "Elbweg".
Address for your navigation device: Elbweg, 01824 Rathen.
From there, you continue by ferry.
️ Parking Ticket:
The parking lot is operated by the municipality of Rathen and costs 8 euros per day.
At the hotel, the ticket can be reduced to 5 euros per day.
⛴️ Ferry:
The first crossing upon arrival is free for hotel guests – just show your booking confirmation to the ferryman.
You will receive your ferry ticket for the remainder of your stay at the hotel.
Footpath to the Hotel:
From the ferry landing, it's about 200 meters upstream, and then you will reach the Steiger Hotel Zeitgeist (formerly Elbschlösschen). Contact
