Home-roasted coffee and regional specialities have been on offer here since 1880. All 16 types of coffee can be sampled in the Caé opposite.

The emphasis is placed on ensuring that the range is not put together at random, but with care. Each wine is first tasted and assessed by the in-house sommelier Jan Hörnig and at least one member of management or two employees.
