Bad Schandau is a spa town and has public transport connections with buses, S-Bahn to Dresden, and in summer with the ships of the Elbe shipping.

- Directions from Dresden via the A17 to the Pirna exit. Continue towards Pirna - Bad Schandau, and you will directly reach the B172. Continue until you reach Bad Schandau. In Bad Schandau, you will cross the Elbe bridge and drive about 100m further, taking a left at the Sebnitz junction off the main road towards Sebnitz. The road then bends left towards Sebnitz. However, you will turn right into the one-way street. After about 100m on the right side, at the Kopprasch butcher shop, is our holiday apartment.
