Directions
The route starts at the Porschdorf stop, from where you initially walk along the street to the left until you reach the Polenztal. Through this, you first follow the red dot to the Waltersdorfer Mill and then to the Polenztalschänke.
From the Hocksteinschänke, you then follow the green mark on the Hockstein through the Wolfsschlucht. At the lower end of the stairs, it is worth taking a look around the corner into the Hockstein Cave – a layer fissure cave below the rock massif.
Once you have reached the top of the Hockstein, after enjoying the views, continue following the green mark towards Amselsee – Kurort Rathen.
Once you arrive in Rathen, you then cross the Elbe with the help of the ferry and keep to the right until you reach the station where the route ends.
