Wild Gorge (Divoká soutěska, Czech Republic)

Narrow rock faces, romantic water and a traditional boat trip make the Wild Gorge near Hřensko an intense nature experience.

The Wild Gorge is a narrow valley of the Kamenice River with steep sandstone walls and dense vegetation. It was opened up to visitors as early as 1898.

The 450-metre-long boat trip takes around 15 minutes and leads through the spectacular gorge. The route is only accessible by boat, with a well-developed hiking trail running parallel to it.

The gorge is only open in season. Boat trips start at fixed points and take place regularly.

Note:
The nearby Edmundsklamm (also known as Stille Klamm) is closed until further notice. Baby carriages are taken free of charge bicycles are not transported.
