Central contact point in Pirna's old town for information, tickets and tips on vacations, leisure and events in the city and Saxon Switzerland.

The information point for visitors to the town is located in the historic Canalettohaus on Pirna's market square. The team provides advice on sightseeing, leisure activities and helps with the search for suitable accommodation.

The offer includes tickets for events in the Herderhalle, the StadtMuseum Pirna, the Richard Wagner Sites, the Q24 cabaret stage, the Elbland Philharmonie Sachsen and the Felsenbühne Rathen. Guided tours of the town, including the romantic illuminated tour in winter, can also be booked directly.

Visitors can also obtain town maps, information material about the region and souvenirs. Malerweg hikers can pick up their hiking certificate for the stage hike here.

The facility is barrier-free and has a toilet with a EURO key.
