Elke Wolf has been working with wild herbs for many years. The ancient knowledge of medicinal herbs has almost been forgotten over the decades, yet in these hectic, performance-oriented times it is especially important now to reflect on the essentials and use the powers of nature for oneself. But not only herbs can have healing powers, the forest also helps to strengthen health. The love of nature and the desire to integrate more mindfulness into my life led Elke Wolf h to complete various training courses.Now she has certificates in the areas of: phytotherapy (herbal medicine), nature education and is a trainer for forest bathing.
