Tax
The spa town of Rathen charges a visitor's tax for all overnight guests. This is added to the price and depends on the age, the degree of disability and the length of stay. For these purposes, we collect personal data after booking in order to be able to invoice the visitor's tax correctly.
Parking spaces
2 parking spaces can be booked per apartment for 5 Euro/night/parking space.

Arrival by car
For loading and unloading, you can drive by car to the holiday home. Otherwise, the district of Niederrathen is traffic-calmed. Our holiday home has 2 designated paid private parking spaces about 70 m from the holiday home.
Arrival by train
From Dresden Hauptbahnhof or Dresden Neustadt, the S-Bahn S1 runs every half hour in the direction of Schöna to the stop Kurort Rathen. Only 200m from the train station is the passenger ferry for crossing to the Niederrathen Elbe side. Panoramic views of the imposing rock formations and deceleration through the leisurely crossing are included! By telephone arrangement, we will be happy to welcome you directly at the ferry pier and accompany you to your holiday home.
Check-in
Check-in is possible independently from 3 pm. The key is in the safe. 1-2 days before your arrival you will receive the arrival information from us with the code for the key safe.
