To reach our hotel by car, take the A17 highway and exit at “Pirna/Bad Schandau.” From there, drive through Pirna, Copitz, Lohmen, and Rathewalde to Bad Schandau. Our hotel is located in the town center, right on Markt 1-11.
Traveling by train:
You can reach Bad Schandau by train via the long-distance station “Nationalparkbahnhof Bad Schandau.” The EC trains on the Hamburg–Berlin–Prague line stop here four times a day. There is a half-hourly S-Bahn connection to Dresden.
From the train station, take the Elbe ferry to the town center. The train station is connected to the “Bad Schandau, Bahnhof” ferry terminal (F5). Get off at the Elbkai stop (trip takes about 7 min). The hotel is located right next to this ferry terminal.
