Ferienhaus in Waltersdorf mit Pool
On the spacious property of approx. 4,000 m², everyone will find their own place to relax and unwind.
You can use our large playground with volleyball court or the sunbathing lawn in front of the terrace.
In the warm seasons, we have also set up a pool there with a diameter of approx. 4.5m and a depth of approx. 1.0m.
Depending on the season, you can nibble on the berry bushes. If your children would like to spend a night in a tent, we also have a suitable pitch for this (please bring your own tent).
We have a table tennis table on site and plenty of garden furniture for the terrace or meadow.
If the forest fire warning level permits, you can also use our campfire site and barbecue.
It is also beautiful in winter. We have some pictures of this in the gallery. You can go cross-country skiing in the surrounding fields or use our in-house toboggan hill. And afterwards, back to the warm house with underfloor heating and a cosy fireplace.

With the transfer of the deposit, the booking and business conditions sent to you become binding.
We will confirm receipt of payment.
We kindly request that you pay the remaining 80% of the price by bank transfer two weeks before your arrival date.
This amount includes:
- Advance payment for electricity costs at a flat rate of €3 per person per night
- Final cleaning costs
- Deposit (€200)
- Local tourist tax
You are free to plan your arrival time from 16:00. You will receive the key with an access code for the key safe, which will be communicated to you shortly before arrival.
You can also plan your departure freely until 10:30 am. All you have to do is leave the holiday home swept clean.
After you have locked the house, you put the house key back into the key safe. We will then transfer your deposit to your account after a few days.
