Nine-year-old Max moves into a nursing home in a castle because his mother works there as a caregiver. At first, he feels lonely, but then he befriends a group of seniors. Together, they set out to find a thief who’s been causing trouble at the nursing home. They must find the culprit at all costs to prove Max’s mother’s innocence. She’s under suspicion and is being threatened with termination.
