Hohnstein "Hike for Happiness"

In Hohnstein, the home of Kaspar of Hohnstein, we embark on a unique journey through the natural beauty of the national park. Following the Halbenweg trail, we pass through the Bärengarten on our way to the magnificent Gautschgrotte. Above the Polenz Valley, we follow the trail to the old quarry and enjoy the silence of the forest. At the Räumichtwiese—or perhaps a little earlier—we’ll find a spot for a small picnic before heading back to Hohnstein via the Napoleonschanze with its magnificent panoramic view.

On my “Happiness Hikes,” I’d like to invite you to step off the beaten path (your everyday routine) for a while, reconnect with yourself, become aware of your own strengths, explore ways to recharge, and discover new perspectives together.

with plenty of time for moments of happiness—big and small—conversations, and small exercises—whether in pairs or as a group, we’ll move through nature and get moving…
