Czech organist Přemysl Kšica will perform on the Jehmlich organ at St. Petri in Bad Gottleuba. For the concert, he has selected pieces by German and Bohemian composers whose birthdays or death anniversaries we are commemorating this year. The program will feature both composers known beyond the country’s borders and lesser-known musical creators.
Starting at 5:30 p.m., Christian Kastl will lead a tour of St. Petri Church—a fortified church unique in the region—highlighting its architectural, artistic, and historical features.
