Games day at Königstein Fortress

Deep underground, in mysterious sandstone vaults, young and old fortress strategists can discover exciting games. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., they can try out, tinker and plan to their heart's content. The atmosphere of the casemates turns every game into a real adventure. The rules are explained to anyone who wants them - so everyone can start playing straight away! No registration is necessary - just come along and play!

But that's not all: the fortress offers young explorers much more - an exciting audio guide tour with the fortress commander, interactive exhibitions with children's texts, creative hands-on programs and adventurous flashlight tours.
