To celebrate the 30th anniversary of “Musik am Nachmittag,” you can look forward to a musical treat ranging from Mozart to Verdi—full of joy and rich sound.

The long-standing concert series “Musik am Nachmittag” is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. Under the title “Feuerstrom der Reben” a top-notch ensemble invites you on a musical journey through the world of indulgence and joie de vivre.

From Mozart’s effervescent “Champagne Aria” to sparkling chamber music and Giuseppe Verdi’s famous drinking song from the opera La Traviata the program offers a diverse range of musical highlights. Music and wine symbolize those special moments that enrich life and bring people together.

The performers include Nicolle Cassel (soprano)Anton Haupt (baritone),&Rafael Regilio (violin),Philipp Hagemann (cello), andRené Speer (piano).

For three decades, this concert series has been organized and supported by Erich Fischer and his International Foundation for the Promotion of Culture and Civilization in Munich.

The concert will take place at the Parkhotel Bad Schandau, Rudolf-Sendig-Straße 12, 01814 Bad Schandau.

By public transportation:
Bad Schandau is easily accessible via the S1 S-Bahn line (Dresden–Schöna). From the Nationalparkbahnhof station, you can reach the venue in just a few minutes by taking the Elbe ferry or local public transportation. The Parkhotel is located directly in the Kurpark and is within walking distance.

By car:
You can reach Bad Schandau via the B172. Public parking is available in the city. From the parking lots, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Parkhotel.

Please allow plenty of time for your trip. Doors open well before the event begins.
