- The booking is considered binding after written confirmation. A deposit of 20% of the total price is due within 5 days of booking, with the remaining amount to be paid no later than 10 days before arrival or as agreed upon at arrival.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure by arrangement.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Maximum occupancy: 8 people. The tenant is liable for self-inflicted damages.
