Bicycle route "Once again I want to wake up in the morning…" from Pirna to Porschendorf

Over almost 15 km and approximately 200 meters of elevation, this bicycle route leads through Pirna and its surroundings and traces the footsteps of a nearly forgotten family: The Jewish manufacturer family Scooler operated a paper goods factory in Porschendorf, employed people, founded a holiday camp for Jewish children, and was persecuted during National Socialism. The tour is based on the brochure "Once again I want to wake up in the morning…" and on the long-term research of local historian Hugo Jensch.
