Two influential musical minds have joined forces to explore this theme. Manuel Schmid has already caused quite a stir in the German-language music scene with his previous albums “Seelenparadies” and “Leben.” Marek Arnold has long been a fixture on the international progressive rock scene and has released collaborative albums with Steve Hackett (GENESIS), Jon Anderson (YES), and Derek Sherinian (DREAM THEATER). Both are united by their musical work with the German art rock legend STERN MEISSEN and their love for sophisticated music and lyrics, which is also reflected in their collaborative albums “Zukunft,” “Ziele,” and “Zeiten.” Now, the two musicians showcase a seamless fusion of their musical strengths. The profound lyrics run like a common thread through the multi-layered arrangements. In an intelligent way, they bridge the gap between pop, rock, jazz, and classical music into the modern era.
