Hiking with Children

Is the Barbarine Rock Needle really a bewitched virgin in disguise? Did robber knights really live on Neurathen Rock Fort? For children, the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are full of secrets. Families with kids can easily explore them together on numerous hiking trails which are suitable for children. Even tours with prams are possible. We present the most attractive trails and trip destinations for families with kith and kin.

Hiking tours with prams

Just because the kids are still too small to walk on their own, young families don't have to give up tours through the natural paradise of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.

Some paths are also easy to master with prams. Many with a back carrier. However, there are also some narrow sections where you can't get far even with a child on your back.

You can find the most beautiful routes suitable for prams here: our barriere free tours are very suitable for hiking tours with prams and/or small children.
