We distinguish between two forms: the ‘mobile guest card’ and the ‘guest card’
The mobile guest card (Gästekarte mobil)...
.... including the use of buses, trains and ferries in the VVO tariff zones as well as numerous benefits for leisure activities are available directly from the landlord in the following locations:
This allows you to use local public transport in the tariff zones of the Verkehrsverbund Oberelbe (VVO) Pirna (70), Bad Gottleuba (71), Bad Schandau (72) and Neustadt (73) (all tariff zones in Saxon Switzerland) as well as the Kirnitzschtalbahn during your vacation without an additional ticket.
Excluded are special means of transport such as the hiking boat and means of transport operated by other companies such as passenger shipping on the Elbe, the ferry in the spa town of Rathen and private bus services. Separate tickets are required for the transportation of dogs, bicycles and beyond the tariff zones of the region.
ROUTE NETWORK MAP

Whether impressive cliffs, idyllic valleys, or famous viewpoints – the route network map shows all bus, ferry, and train connections that take guests quickly and comfortably to the region's most beautiful destinations. With the saxon switzerland mobility guest card, this is even possible without an additional ticket.
The guest card (Gästekarte) ...
.... with its numerous advantages for leisure experiences is available directly from the landlord in the following locations:

The “Erlebinsse in der Sächsischen Schweiz" (Explore & Enjoy) brochure is the perfect companion for your vacation in the region: compact, easy to navigate, and full of inspiration—ideal for planning excursions, tours, and moments of enjoyment in a relaxed way.
Especially handy for guest card holders: All leisure activities available with the guest card are clearly marked in the brochure. This makes it easy to quickly see which benefits are available, and everything is compact and easy to find at a glance.
It also includes great ideas for planning your vacation, interesting information on using public transportation, cycling and hiking suggestions, and dining tips. Available upon arrival along with your guest card or at the tourist information office.
