The family business Forellenhof G. Ermisch offers a variety of fresh fish from the smokehouse, including trout, char, halibut, redfish, mackerel, eel and many other varieties.

The ponds are used to farm various species of fish, including carp, tench, pike, pikeperch, sturgeon and small fish species. Our breeding facility includes a wide range of species, including brown trout, char, grayling, rainbow trout and salmon.
At the two beautiful fishing ponds, it is possible to fish without a fishing licence, but a permit is required, which is issued at the office or farm shop of Forellenhof G. Ermisch.
We also offer guided tours of the farm with the possibility of tasting, if booked in advance.
