The ascent to the Sachsenstein is made in an adventurous way via an iron ladder, the "Sachsensteinstiege" with 124 steps. From there you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the Bielatal valley as well as the imposing Hercules Pillars and the surrounding rock towers.
