The 15,000-square-metre Entdeckerland on the site of a former supermarket in Freital is a leisure park, creative workshop and shopping world all in one. Inside, adults rummage for unusual gift ideas, while children get out of breath on the trampoline and climbing course. In creative workshops, T-shirts can be printed, wood worked and porcelain painted. Outside, adventure-seekers can drop from a height of six metres onto the cloud cushion or race down the tyre toboggan run.
