The Neustadthalle was created in the 1990s by converting a historic building. Today, it offers a modern setting for cultural events, conferences and festivals.
Concerts, theater, readings, cabaret and musicals take place in the large hall and several adjoining rooms. Children's programs, markets and exhibitions are also part of the program.
A café in the building provides refreshments. The city's tourist information office is also based here and is the central point of contact for guests.
The hall is operated by the city and is regularly used by clubs and event organizers from the region.
