Puppet theater for children
Lieschen Radieschen always got a red head, but always. Nothing could be done. No one could deal with her. Not even Aunt Evelyn, who was a nursery school teacher when she was younger: "The lammergeier gets angry children like that, Lieschen!" - "Pah! The lammergeier won't get me, I'll get him!" screamed Lieschen and ran off. Then the lammergeier came and wanted to take Lieschen to the Island of Angry Children. But Lieschen shut her mouth, squinted her eyes and her head turned red. "Nothing to do," said the lammergeier and took Lieschen to a kingdom where she wanted to become a princess. A black princess, with a black cloak and a black sword, of course.
So the self-confident girl hunts down all the robbers in the land, tangles with a dragon and frees the prince. However, he is not a real prince, but August Haselböck from the third floor, and so children become friends who, in addition to a blossoming imagination, also have problems with the stubborn adults.

Marie Bretschneider studied acting at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Leipzig. She worked as a permanent actress for almost 5 years at the Neues Theater Halle, where her first own production "Ansichten eines Clowns" was successfully staged. In 2012 she became a freelance puppeteer/actress. She has worked with the Handmaids Berlin, Pierre Schäfer, Jochen Menzel and the Dresdner Figurentheater, among others. She can also be seen as a guest at the Puppentheater Halle. Her productions have been shown at the Puppenspielfest Hohnstein, Synergura, Puppentheatertage Mistelbach, Theater Salz und Pfeffer, Theater Marotte and FITZ Stuttgart. In 2017, she won the Amberg Children's Theater Prize with her play "Lieschen Radieschen und der Lämmergeier". Her productions are characterized by a cheeky style and unconventional play selection.
