The route starts at the Brtniky (Zeidler) stop and initially follows the red trail into the village, where you briefly keep left at the main road and then immediately turn right to continue following the red trail uphill to the crossroads and to the Kaple největší trojice (Trinity Chapel).
From the Kaple největší trojice, continue on the red trail until a junction where a signpost with a yellow trail indicates the way onto the Vlci Hora (Wolfsberg).
After enjoying the overwhelming view from Vlci Hora, continue briefly downhill following the green trail and then unmarked to the left to the Verunčina studánka (Veronika spring).
From the Verunčina studánka, follow a short red half-circle trail to a signpost with a yellow trail. The yellow trail leads to a short detour to the Geologiká Zahrada (geological garden) of Rudolf Kögler in Zahrady. You have to be careful to find the markings on the way there and also on the return back to Vlci Hora.
From Vlci Hora, continue a bit through the village following the green trail until you follow the blue trail towards Pod Kocici Skalou.
At an information board on the topic „slip mirror“, follow the green trail again to Kyjovsky Hradek (Kyjovsky rock castle or Upper Karlstein – also known as the rock path from Khaa), where you can beforehand make a small detour to the left for a refreshment in Kyjov (Khaa).
From the refreshment stop in Kyjov, continue a short way on the green trail into the Kyjovské údolí (Khaatal), before an unmarked signpost directs you to the left to the Kinskeho Vyhlidka (Prince Kinsky viewpoint) via steep steps through a rock gorge.
Once at the top, follow the green trail – initially downhill again – over the rock path from Khaa. You also cross a small valley and at the end reach a valley where you can only go left or right.
Going left leads you to the Klenotnice (treasury), which is worth a visit and where you can follow the red trail marking a dead end.
From the treasury, walk back a little into the Kyjovské údolí, where you can make another short detour down to the right to the Vinny Sklep (wine cellar).
From the Vinny Sklep, continue on the red trail through the Kyjovské údolí to the Turisticky Most (tourist bridge), where you can make a short detour via a chain-secured mountain path to the Jeskyne víl (fairy cave).
From the Turisticky Most, initially follow the green trail towards Brtniky through a beautiful valley until a signpost with a blue triangle points the way to the Brtnicky Hradek (Zeidlerburg).
After the adventurous visit to the Brtnicky Hradek, continue following the blue triangle to the Velký Pruský Tabor (Prussian camp) – a hidden stratification cave behind a narrow rock crevice.
From there, continue on the green trail back to Brtniky, where on the way you can visit the Sovi jeskyne (owl cave) and another small viewpoint before following the red trail back the last few meters to the station in Brtniky.
