From here it goes uphill to Gut Gamig, a former knight's estate, now used as a rehabilitation and meeting place with its own farm shop. After looking around here, we continue through the small Grüdel towards Röhrsdorf. On reaching the playground, a break is recommended. The route continues through the plantation to Wölkau combined with a stop at the beer garden at the Lugturm (Note: this is only open on weekends!). After the refreshment, we walk through the apple orchard over the Meuscha further towards Dohna. After crossing the motorway, it goes past the sports field back towards the market. On this hike, we always have the church of Gamig as well as Dohna in view. In clear weather, the view also reaches to the Saxon Switzerland with its table mountains and down into the Elbe valley towards Dresden.
