Strömkarlen … is the name of a water spirit who dwells in Sweden’s rivers and lures unsuspecting travelers into the waters with the enchanting sounds of his fiddle. Just as irresistibly, the music of the quartet of the same name captivates listeners and transports them to the vast expanses of northern Europe.
